• Indoor restrooms in all buildings

• Wi-fi for you and your guests

• Use of bank barn built in 1890 as main reception area with bar, for up to 180 people for 4 hours (Not available for micro-wedding)

• Use of Cigar Lounge, includes bar and several TV's for 5 hours

• Use of outdoor cocktail reception area for an hour

• Use of property from 8AM until midnight the day of your wedding for Wedding Party

• One-hour scheduled rehearsal time for on-site ceremonies

• Use of property for engagement photo session

• Climate controlled treehouse for wedding party after ceremony

• Use of private Bridal Suite (includes bathroom, shower and multiple hair/make-up stations with sitting area, bed, and TV)

• Use of private Groom's Quarters (includes pinball machine, Game Time video console, television, and couch)

• Outdoor nuptial location at the top of the property surrounded by farmland with the Blue and Appalachian Mountains in the distance (not available for micro-weddings)

• Reception tables and chairs setup based on the floor plan you choose

• Fully restored 1940 Dodge Pickup for photos and transportation for bride & groom from ceremony site to treehouse

• Unlimited scheduled appointments to visit with family, friends, vendors, etc. in preparation for your event

• Venue management for vendor delivery, greeting guests, setup/breakdown of ceremony area, available all day for any questions/concerns
